Company President, Samuel Pavlovcik, graduated from the Illinois Institute of Technology's Armour College of Engineering with a Masters Degree in Construction Engineering and Management. Samuel has also graduated from the Illinois Institute of Technology's world-renowned 5-year College of Architecture program with his bachelor's of Architecture and a minor in Structural Engineering. During his fourth year of college, Samuel studied abroad throughout Italy with a studio that traveled from Rome to Venice. Samuel has experience with a variety of project types, ranging from master park planning in West Palm Beach, FL, to restaurant design in Chicago. Samuel has extensive experience with projects located in the entire Chicago Metropolitan area, with a concentration on single family, and multi-family residential projects; including remodeling, rehabilitation, and new construction.

Samuel is an active professional member of the Association of Licensed Architects and has completed the strenuous NCARB certification program. With this program, Samuel has become initially licensed within his state of residency; while allowing himself to follow an expedited path to licensure in any additional U.S. Jurisdiction.
